Bar Service Details:

BYOB Event- Setup Fee: $1000

Rolling Remedy will service your bar up to 5 hours, which includes a bartender, insurance, travel up to 40 miles, preparation, 1:1 zoom calls with a complete shopping list and a basic bar setup (2 tables with tablecloths), garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges and cherries) make sure your state allows you to do this without additional food licenses, cups (12 oz, 9oz, and 1oz make sure your insurance allows shots) and coolers. Please select what else you would like us to provide below. You are expected to provide alcohol per state laws and regulations. You are expected to supply additional garnishes or glassware.

If more than 1 bartender is required (75+ person event), then an additional fee of $300 per bartender will be required. Please note that your venue dictates the bar services we are legally allowed to provide you with. Because our deposits are non-refundable, please fill out this contract after discussing this with your venue.

Additional Options (Some options are variable based on number of guests)

_____ $2pp Ice: We will supply all ice for cocktails and beer/wine*

_____ $5pp Basic Mixer Package: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice and Agave Syrup.*

_____ $2pp Signature Mixer Package: Mixers and garnishes for signature drinks. *Price can vary based on complexity of signature drinks

____ $3pp Table Wine Service: We will go around to everyone at dinner and offer wine*

____ $2pp Champagne Toast Service: We will pour the champagne supplied and supply plastic champagne flutes for your guests.*

____ $300 Second Bar Setup: We will set up a second bar location*

 

*Please note that some services may require an additional bartender, regardless of guest count.

THE LEGALESE

  • This contract will be sent to your email and must be completed prior to booking. 
  • Rolling Remedy operates separately from every venue.
  • Rolling Remedy carries insurance 
  • Rolling Remedy cannot predict the amount of alcohol consumed by your number of guests, and the host understands that they may run out of certain items during the event.
  • Rolling Remedy requires a $250 gratuity per bartender, if the tip jar does not reach $250 per bartender then the host is expected to cover the difference by cash or credit.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposit for the event is 50% and an invoice from “Square” will be sent after this contract is completed.
  • The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. A credit card number may be required on file for the remaining payment.
  • If paying by check, please notify and mail to Company Address.
  • All Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% charge.
  • All tangible items are subject to a X sales tax. Use your city’s rate.
  • Rolling Remedy will not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 and reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and request them to leave the premises.

  • INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: Client agrees and by their signature(s) to indemnify and hold harmless Company Name in the event more guests attend the event than guaranteed, or if not enough beverages or services are ordered to properly serve the attendees. Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Business Name for any foods or beverages removed from venue by any person or persons whatsoever and consumed or transferred to another person, persons or organizations whatsoever, and consumed which causes sickness and ANY or ALL conditions leading up to and including death. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Business Name for anything related to any and all other vendors (i.e., catering, coordinating, entertainment, and venue) including pre-existing conditions that may cause harm at the venue and/or property.
  • Covid-19 Clause: Due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, we are able to reschedule your event. (If you’re rescheduling it must happen within the next calendar year and based on our availability).
  • By signing below, you acknowledge the terms of this contract and agree to adhere to all rules and policies listed herein.
